The process:

Preview added? If so, we'll send you a draft preview 1-2 working days following your order. You'll have the opportunity to change any details once received.

Once your draft is approved we will print and post your item the following working day.

If your preview is not approved in 5 working days your item will be sent 'as is' and any amends may be chargeable.

If no preview is added your item will be designed and sent in 1-2 working days from order. Please allow at least 1-2 (3-4 if adding a preview) working days plus postage for delivery.

All our products are hand finished in our UK studio by our professional design team.
