Some common questions answered ...

CAN I SEE A DRAFT OR PREVIEW BEFORE MY ITEM IS SHIPPED?
Where cost allows, our personalised items offer a 'draft' or preview of the item before manufacture.

WHEN WILL I SEE MY DRAFT?
This draft versions will be sent by email within 1-2 working days following your order. This means:
- Order anytime Monday ... draft received by 23:59 Wednesday
- Order anytime Tuesday ... draft received by 23:59 Thursday
- Order anytime Wednesday ... draft received by 23:59 Friday
- Order anytime Thursday-Sunday ... draft received by 23:59 Tuesday
All times in BST

I HAVEN'T HAD MY DRAFT - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Should you not receive a draft within these timescale please contact us as your order may not have been received correctly and we stick extremely strictly to these timescales.
Please also check your junkman before contacting us.

CAN I SEE A DRAFT BEFORE ORDERING?
No. Our designers are paid for the work the do upfront therefore we are unable to provide items before purchasing. Drafts are only provided for fully paid for orders.

WHAT POSTAGE SERVICE IS USED?
All UK orders are sent by 1st Class mail the day the draft is approved (up to 11am - any approvals after 11am may be sent next day). This is a 1-2 working day delivery aim.

All international orders (including Ireland) are sent by International standard the day the draft is approved (up to 11am - any approvals after 11am may be sent next day). This is a 5-7 working day delivery aim, where these days may not necessarily take into account timezones.

I THINK MY ITEM IS LOST IN THE POST - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
An item would be considered as 'lost' by us if:
- Sent to a UK address and 10 working days have passed since sent
- Sent to an international address and 4 working weeks have passed since sent

All lost items may be re-sent or refunded
Should these timescales have elapsed then please contact us and we will look further into your item delivery - all our items have traceability applied.

MY ADDRESS WAS WRONG ON THE ORDER - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Should your address have been given incorrectly we will re-send the item at the cost of post + £2.00 admin fee.

Should your item be return to us as not collected or due to incorrect address we will re-send the item at the cost of post + £2.00 admin fee.

MY ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN OR DAMAGED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Occasionally our items may be broken in transit.

All items will be replaced no questions asked where breakages occur OR we can refund the cost of the frame (ie. difference in cost between a print size and frame size) if buyer chooses.

MY ITEM HAS AN ERROR - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All errors will be rectified (replacement posted) the day after reported.
Should an error have been present on a draft which was approved then the item will be re-printed but will incur a cost of post + £2.00 admin charge based on the original sale.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND ON MY ITEM?
We do not accept refunds of personalised items. Should the buyer be unhappy with the item received we will work with the buyer to get to an amicable solution.

DELAYS IN DRAFT APPROVAL
Buyers are given 2 working days to approve a draft. Should an approval not be received within this time a reminder will be sent.

Should an approval not be received within 2 days of this reminder then the item will be sent 'as is' and any amends will be chargeable at postage cost + 15% of item cost.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER REVIEWING THE DRAFT?
Yes. Any changes will be done next working day and a further draft sent by email.
